FLADDER®'s wire brush cylinders are an effective solution for removing edge oxides before deburring is performed. The machines can handle a wide range of thick sheet metal components and ensure a uniform and controlled deburring process with optimal quality and efficiency.
We also offer a hybrid solution with surface grinding and edge rounding in a single operation. Larger burrs and laser spatter are effectively removed with subsequent edge rounding.
