FLADDER® deburring and grinding machines are renowned for their ability to make deburring and surface grinding easier and faster, using dry deburring technology without critically heating the surface.
The inhouse-produced abrasive tools have a long lifespan and can perform surface activation to enhance adhesion. Our machines ensure controlled edge rounding and consistent deburring of edges around holes and outer contours.
Components with different thicknesses can be processed in the same operation, resulting in uniform quality across the entire component. Thanks to the flexibility of our abrasive tools, components with contours and profiles can also be processed.
